May passed by in a blur.  Robert took the two big boys on the Fathers & Sons camp out.  They had a great time but came back a little early when Jason and Emmett both broke out with record temperatures and a nasty cough.  (Emmett's eventually turned into Bronchitis which we finally seem to have under control.)  But for the short time they spent out in the wild, they seemed to enjoy themselves.

Robert took the kids on an impromtu 7-11 run for Slurpees.  It was a first for the kids and their eyes were a bit larger than their bellies.  Thank goodness Jason was there to help all of them finish off their drinks.  (It only took us 3 days to calm Jason down after all that sugar.)

Handsome.

Here we are on Mother's Day.  This picture makes me laugh and laugh.  Robert got all the kids ready for me (awesome) and when I came down to see them, it was clear there was a dress code that I hadn't been informed of.  Plaid.  If only I had known, we could have been a complete redneck family.  What isn't pictured was the giant stack of crepes that Robert made for breakfast.  Delicious!  Robert had a bunch of toppings, but the only one that Jason went for was the chocolate ice-cream.  I promise, I really do feed that child healthy food.  Sometimes.

I found Robert and Emmett here, asleep on the floor.  Assuming the position, as we like to call it.  Why we have even invested in buying beds, I'll never know.

They were both so cute when they woke up that they got another picture taken.

And then a third when I saw that Emmett was holding Rob's hand.  This might be my favorite picture of the month!  (Tell me you just didn't say 'awww')

That's a pretty good place to end for the night.

In the beginning of May, I got a visit from a very good friend of mine, Noelle Waterman.   She came in for a weekend and brought her handsome, little, son Connor.  It is amazing how fast a weekend can go.  We didn't do anything 'Vegas' but we spent time in the pool, hung out and watch the kiddies play.

I couldn't believe that it had been so long since we'd seen each other.  About 5 years since her wedding.  This was the first time, however, that she had ever met my kids.  That's just wrong.  If we wait that long again, Ethan will be going to college.  Well, I won't let that happen.  :)

One thing is for sure, time doesn't ever seem to matter when you are with such a great friend.  It was good to catch up and fun just to hang out.

In a little over 24 hours, I managed to feed the poor little Connor a bunch of things that he is slightly allergic to or is not use to eating (dairy, sugar, ice-cream)  We aren't sure just what treat I gave him that finally made his body react, but by the time he was leaving, he certainly was breaking out from something.  I promise, the next time we get a visit, I'll try harder to only eat healthy things.  (Please come back again!)

Emmett was being cute, so he got in the post again.  ;)

Love this girl and her little guy!

Ethan loves his little brother.  He loves playing with him.  He loves chasing him.  He loves making him laugh.  Jason can't get enough of Ethan, either.  They are two peas in the pod and I couldn't help but take a few pictures of them together.

Now, I'm sure that Ethan most certainly wouldn't love me posting bath-time pictures of him on the internet, but that never stopped me before.  Plus, they are all very modest and pretty darn cute.  Who could blame me for posting them?

I love these boys!!!!
