 Fort McHenry

We took a day to show Dad and Tonnette Fort McHenry.  It is such a cool fort and it was fun to see it all again.

After spending the morning at the fort, we took everyone into Baltimore to walk through a fun museum and to walk down by the port.  We thought we might grab dinner there, but the place we had gone before wouldn't open for a couple of hours and everything else was so ridiculously expensive, that we got food on the way back home.

I loved having Dad and Tonnette here for the holidays.  They are both such amazing people, and so much fun to spend time with.  I only wish we lived a little closer!

Thanksgiving 2025

Tonnette helped me out so much with dinner and she made her own batch of orange rolls!

Dinner was delicious.

And dessert was even better.  (we had to wait until the next day since we were too full to eat it after dinner!)

The boys gave Grandpa and Tonnette their Christmas presents early.

November 2025

We took a walk down the Potomac River with Grandpa and Auntie T.

Tom and Tonnette came to visit us for Thanksgiving.  On their first day, Robert took them down to D.C. to see all the cool places.

The Archives Museum

Washington's Memorial

The White House

Jason and his Lego-Robotics Team had a trial run.  They worked hard all day.

And celebrated with ice-cream.

Homeschool has been going along just fine.  Emmett was doing some physics with simple machines with our building set.

Robert joined us on a hike along the Appalachian Trail with the co-op families.

And here are some pretty sunset pics by the Shenandoah River.  It was so pretty, I had to pull over and watch it for awhile.

Here is another sunset from my drive home.

November 2025

Random pictures of November.

This kid.  Every time I see Jason (he's ready to go to church here) he looks like he just spent a hard night on Wall Street.  Even when we walk him into Sacrament meeting, all gussed up and looked sharp, by the end of the meeting, he still manages to look just like this.   Black magic, I tell ya.

Ethan cut his own hair, and he's looking pretty handsome.

Jason made this crazy present for Thomas.  It's made from mini-melty beads.  It's pretty insane.

Stop.  There's a gecko on your head!

November golds and browns.
