Happy 7th Birthday Emmett!

My little, itty-bitsy baby boy turned 7.  In my mind, I know he isn't little anymore...but he will forever be my baby.  This kids keeps me spinning between his sharp it and his smuggles (that would be short for smothering cuddles)  He is the perfect mix of being affectionate and an Actually kid.  Smart, funny, imaginative and quick, this child of mine is always full of surprises.  I have loved watching his personality fill out and he has pushed himself to overcome some big hurdles like his shyness.  He still struggles with it, but he sometimes says things like, "I don't want to do it, but I'm going to anyway."  His stubborn determination will get him far (and sometimes drive me crazy.)  I sure do love this kiddo.
