January brought more and more snow.  The boys took full advantage.  They made snow cones.

And helped dad make a giant snowman.

Still, down it came.

Snowed in as we were, we entertained ourselves with games.

Jason started to put on plays for his stuffies.

Alaina and I decided we needed to have an Olympic Games - board-game day.  We spent the morning making a set of awards for the olympics.  

With the world outside looking like a snow-globe, we set ourselves about playing our stack of games.  After our marathon game-day, Alaina dished out our awards.

The next day the sun came out and brightened the world around us.
