A week after Robert returned from the Jones reunion, we got together for the Scribner reunion.  I wasn't up to doing much besides sitting in the shade and taking pictures, so that is what I spent my time doing.  It was a beautiful day at the lake and everyone had a great time.

These four big kids swam across the lake and back and we were all pretty impressed with them, until...

These three kids did the same thing.  Then we knew we were just getting old.

Robert brought his blow-up paddle board (can you believe it works?) and it was the hit of the day.

Ethan and Tommy had a good time together this year.

Ethan was happy that he looks taller than Tommy (he didn't want anyone to know that he was on the higher ground in this picture, so I won't say anything about it.)  Both of these red-heads look so grown up and teenager-ish.

After we spent the whole day at the lake, we headed back to Mom's house for s'mores.

There was lots of fun to be had during the Jones reunion.  The huge lodge, which housed everyone, had a huge great room where everyone could gather together.  There were lots of games to be played.

Outside they had several fun things to do, including a rock wall, ropes course, archery range, and a swimming hole.

It looks like they had quite the view while sitting at the massive outdoor table.  Who knew there'd be a place everyone could sit down and eat at the same time!
