I told the boys that if we went to Florida, that we might be able to go to Legoland to celebrate their birthdays.  Well, Lora came through with some free tickets, and she pulled her littles out of school, and we spent the day in Legoland.  The day was absolutely beautiful and because it was in the middle of the week, so close to the holidays, the wasn't hardly a crowd.

We had so much fun!

And tell me this doesn't make the cutest Christmas card.  (that is, if I had made a Christmas card.)

The kids loved being noblemen and noblewomen, riding their fancy horses....

...that it was hard to stop being 'noble.'

See how bright and chipper we were at the beginning of the day?

Here we are at the end.

I"d say, we were ready to go home.

We made it to Florida!  Right after Robert's surgery on his shoulder we packed him into the car and I drove down to Florida.

We then proceeded to stay an entire month at the Spencer home.  They may have not known exactly all they were signing up for when I made this plan, and poor Naomi and Porter were kicked out of their room the entire time, but no one made us leave.

While we were there we celebrated the little boys' birthdays, we went to theme parks, and regular parks, and saw manatee and celebrated Christmas, and the New Year.  It was a jam packed month, and we loved it.  (So thankful for Lora and her family being such gracious hosts!)

Here are a few of the 'just hanging around the house' pictures from the month.

Game night.

We made it through at least three puzzles while we were there.

This was Robert's nearly permanent position.  Poor guy missed out on a lot of the fun, but he was able to heal.

Dog time.  (That's right.  We also brought both dogs, and a lizard.  We are 'extra'.)

Cousin time.

And even though it wasn't even close to being warm enough to go in the pool, Jason made Emmett and Jojo give it a good try anyway.

These guys had blue lips by the time them came out!

And of course, we got to have twinnie time with the little girls!

I think they would have adopted both of the dogs if Lora let them.

Now buckle up and get ready to see a whole lot of activites!
