After we went to Orr Farm, we came home with all these beautiful apples.  They were seriously some of the larges apples I've ever seen.

We turned those gorgeous apples into all these beautiful bottles of applesauce and jam.  Of course...I was using my preferred pronoun in that last sentence...The Royal We.  Which really just means, me.

We lost Jason in the pumpkins at Home Depot.  Can you spot him?

There he is!

Penny wanted a minute with Rob.

And here are some nature pics...check out that stick bug!

The remaining chickens.  We have spent the last two months feeding the wildlife here on the mountain.  So far, we have fed chickens to raccoons, possums, a passing hawk and to a baby bear.  We are a regular fast-food restaurant for all the animals.

Crazy hair day.

Here is such a funny little homework assignment of Emmett's.  If you can read it, the question says, "If I was invisible like a ghost, I would..."

And Emmett wrote, "If I was invisible like a ghost I'd skip this homework."

Classic Emmett.

The fall colors around our house are just beautiful.

Beautiful...but they also create quite the job for Robert to clear the leaves out.  We no longer have a rake...only a leaf-blower will do.

He put the boys to work as well.  It's never too early to start the boys with a leaf-blower.

October 2022

We took a day to spend at Orr Family farm to find some pumpkins.
