There was a young men's camp out where the guys were hiking into the camping on the Appalachian Trail. 

 The plan was to hike in about 4 miles, sett up camp, stay the night, pack up in the morning and then hike out.  The boys both invited a friend to go with them; Jason had Caleb come and Emmett invited Edsel.  

So Rob and the boys started off good until they hit about the 1st mile mark.  After that, they realized that they couldn't carry their packs another step.

So Robert took two of the packs and had the boys swap out the bedding and the tents the rest of the way.

They eventually got their and set up for a restless sleep.

...and then they still had to hike back out.

They made it.

But they wouldn't have made it without their super-hero carrying all that weight!

Best dad ever.
