One night we had a pretty good storm come in.  The lightening came and went and then, suddenly we heard a giant KABOOM!  The house shook.  We thought it struck right outside our door and we weren't quite wrong.  it hit this tree two houses down.

The tree pretty much exploded.

Sometimes the power of nature is overwhelming.
