In late September, Hurricane Helene came up through Florida and brought tons and tons of rain throughout the surrounding states.  This rain made it through to us, and even more of that water came roaring down through the Shenandoah and on to the Potomac.  We all took a little trip over to Harpers Ferry to check out rivers.
